About us
Most workplace wellbeing initiatives ask for a lot and deliver little. Inoculo takes the opposite approach: identify the small, specific lifestyle changes that have the biggest effect on energy, focus and resilience at work — then teach teams how to build them into an ordinary day.
Our approach
The result isn't a one-off wellbeing week. It's a measurable shift in how a team works, week after week — grounded in real medical and performance science, not generic advice.
How it works
We talk through your team's working patterns and where energy and focus tend to drop.
We build a programme from our core modules, tailored to your team and format.
Sessions run in person or remotely, with practical habits your team can start that week.
We check in on what's stuck, what hasn't, and adjust the next phase accordingly.
The educators
Programmes are delivered by practitioners with real expertise, not generic wellbeing facilitators.
